You make contact with us via our website, or you are referred by one of our existing private clients.
We phone and WhatsApp you within minutes to introduce ourselves and explain more about our private client offering.
We then send you a link to our 360° Risk Review via WhatsApp - it will take you less than 30 min to complete.
Upon completion of the 360° Risk Review we set up a face-to-face meeting with you or a virtual meeting if you prefer that.
Before we meet with you, we see study the 360° Risk Review content in detail so that we have a meaningful discussion when we meet and don’t waste anyone’s time. We also issue you with a 360° Risk Score to explain your current risk position.
When we meet, our expert advisor will highlight the types of products and services that suit you best. We then arrange for the appropriate quotes to be conducted by the chosen financial service providers.
We co-ordinate all meetings and administration between you and the financial service provider via our 1Contact Service.
Once you are happy with the quotes, the insurer issues the policy.
